Sunday, September 12, 2027 will have our 9am Church Service then everyone will start to pack up and clean up the grounds.

Recreational Vehicles Welcome

Golf Carts, Gators, Mules, 4-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, etc. 

All vehicles must be registered at the Administration Office located next to the Main Gate.

– Drivers MUST have a valid driver’s license

– Speed limit on the grounds is 5 MPH at all times

Registration Fee $20 Per Vehicle

No registration charge with handicap sticker

Proof of insurance is required

DOGs Welcome ON LEASH

Flea Market Vendors

Flea Market spaces are for selling things. The placement is determined by the Flea Market Coordinator. Vendor spaces are assigned upon receipt of a completed vendor form. Each vendor must submit this form to reserve a spot; without it, we cannot guarantee space.

VENDOR SPACE: 20’X20’ LOTS – $30 PER SPACE
ARMBAND(S): $15 PER PERSON All vendors must purchase an armband for each person 12 years of age or older,
unless they are a member of MRVSEA prior to the show.
ELECTRICITY: $10 per day additional fee

Reservation Deadline: July 31, 2027

Setup Time: Tuesday, Sept 7 at 10am            Opening Sales: Wednesday, Sept 8 at 8am
Ending Sales: Saturday, Sept 11 at 5pm.        Late Departure: Monday, Sept 13 at 11am

All vendors must park their vehicle and empty trailers across Hwy 179 in the parking area. If your vehicle and trailer fit in your space it is allowed to stay, but it must not move from 8am-5pm Wed, Thu, Fri or Sat.
